Their diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, imaging, procedures, specialist care, and previous encounters may be scattered across multiple doctors, hospitals, and patient portals. During a brief visit, the physician is often expected to reconstruct that history from the local chart and the patient’s memory.
WELL changes that starting point.
Before the visit, WELL guides the patient through an AI-powered interview about what they are experiencing. Because the interview can draw upon the patient’s broader longitudinal health record, it considers the current concern within the context of what came before.
WELL organizes the patient’s responses into a structured clinical summary, including the history of present illness and relevant medical background. The physician can begin the encounter with a clearer understanding of both the immediate concern and the patient behind it.
WELL also provides AI-assisted clinical decision support. It can generate differential diagnostic considerations, identify pertinent physical-examination findings to assess, and suggest laboratory tests, imaging, or other evaluations for the clinician to consider.
